Ulead Systems offers a great program for all of your video editing needs. I got mine with my DVD Express but they have been discontinued. You can still get the software.

I have Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3 SE which is an older version. I think the newest version is 11.5.

You get what you pay for and Windows Movie maker is good but if you want something more than just so so, you wont be disapointed with Ulead.

  5. I like Cinelerra, but it is only for linux (FREE btw). For PC there is Loiloscope, which looks really cool and is free with a paid version for HD, and for Mac, iMovie and FinalCut are the rave. I have sample videos and reviews for them in the website, if you want to stop by.

  6. If you are doing interview style productions then you might want to check out http://www.portalvideo.com which is transcription linked to video, for non-editors. cuts edit time in half.
